1. How do you handle Payments?

  • Tribal Looms can only accept payments in US Dollars.
  • Purchases may be made with All Major Credit Cards, Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer (Example: Chase QuickPay).
  • We do not accept checks or money orders.

2. What is your Shipping Policy?

  • Orders received BEFORE 3PM CST will be shipped the Same Business Day.
  • Orders placed AFTER 3PM CST will ship the Next Available Business Day.
  • Saturday, Sunday or Holiday orders will be shipped the Next Available Business Day.
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you prefer.
  • Products will be shipped via Fedex and we will provide you with Tracking Number and signature service for delivery confirmation. If you require a specific carrier to be used or have any special instructions, please Contact Us.
  • Rush Orders are available and subject to additional fees for processing and delivery.

3. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • Our Fine Antique & Decorative Oriental Rugs are backed with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Damaged-Free Item(s) can be returned for a store credit or refund within 7 days of your purchase date on your receipt.
  • You may exchange within 7 days of your purchase date on your receipt as long as your item is damage-free.
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your Order Number and Details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

4. Do you allow Rug Trials?

  • Please Contact Us if you would like to try a rug on a pre-approval.
  • Approvals are subject to a temporary credit card hold based on the price of the rug.
  • Rugs must be returned damage-free and unsoiled or you may be subject to fees and/or full purchase.

  • Upon request we can perform written appraisals at our Store Location.
